d20 Modern, missing Psionics? hits: 9

I just got CS, specifically for the d20 modern aspect. But have gotten excited about using it for my regular D&D game.

But i digress...

In creating an npc I wanted to make a psi character. One having the Wild Talent which is required for psionics...

Did I just overlook it? Is it in there? I set the config for modern, was there something else to set up?
