I haven't been to the against the shadow website, so I can't say if it's the same file we're basing it off of or not. The file currently in distribution differs in some ways, including the lack of a proper section 15 in the OGL - we aren't affiliated with this file, directly, except that it was given to us as the basis for the one we'll be using.
If there are any problems with it, as a midnight and CS user, please let me know!
(Sadly, I don't have midnight yet... sobs)
